These two contacted me for an Arizona engagement session out in the desert. They were very open to my location suggestions, and we settled on an interesting spot a little bit outside of Phoenix.
Also, can we talk about how rad M’s “bride” leather jacket is?
It was a gorgeous windy day, and windy days are some of my favorite times to photograph because it’s like you have a fan blowing on you all the time! So don’t fear the wind – embrace it!
I am generally a fan of making my clients stand on rocks, and this day was no exception.
Arizona pulled through and gave us a beautiful sunset, and the sun was hitting through the mountains juuuuust right.
We ended the evening on a cozy blanket that M brought with her. I always find that couples tend to be much more relaxed toward the end of the session, so I love being able to capture that mood later on in the evening.
We had a great time running around the desert for this Arizona engagement session. Engagement sessions are the perfect time to get out and explore some unique locations that might be totally different from where you are getting married, or even where you are from.
