Desert Superstition Mountains Wedding

This beautiful desert Superstition Mountains wedding perfectly combined the rugged Arizona desert with an intimate ceremony. The Superstition Mountains are a range of mountains just east of Phoenix, known for gorgeous desert scenery and cliffside views. This location is a beautiful piece of property owned by Cloth and Flame, a southwest wedding and event planning company. It has gorgeous sunset views, and an open area perfect for planning your big day.

Getting Ready

These two planned a desert getaway for their family and friends. First, we met up at their hotel for some getting ready moments before a bus was scheduled to pick up family and friends to take them out to the property. For a location like this, offering guests some transportation to get out to your venue is a great idea. It ensures nobody gets lost in the desert, and everyone arrives on time!

Wedding Ceremony

The desert setup and scenic backdrop here were absolutely stunning. With florals from Love in Bloom and table/chair and other rentals from I Do Rentals AZ and Material Girls Weddings, the whole area was a desert oasis.

Bride and Groom

After the ceremony, we had the whole beautiful desert landscape at our disposal for some bride and groom photos at sunset. One of the many benefits of this location is having stunning scenery everywhere you look, without having to hike or travel anywhere for your couples photos. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour while you soak in the sunset.

Wedding Reception

Next, on to the party time! The ceremony space became the reception area (with some great planning by Riding Tandem wedding planning). This desert Superstition Mountains wedding brought together all of the best elements of the desert, along with an elegant fun experience for the guests.
